Ceibo House needed a complete Shopify store to support the launch of their home goods brand. They required a bilingual (English/Spanish) site that could highlight featured products, convey their brand values, and guide users smoothly through the shopping journey. The platform also needed to be fully functional with payments, policies, and backend admin.
Shopify Design & Development
We started with a discovery session to understand Ceibo House’s brand and catalog. Then, we structured content into intuitive flows and proposed a clean, lifestyle-driven UI.
We designed and developed a Shopify store to integrate brand visuals, configured all backend logic (products, taxes, payment gateways), and created a responsive layout for desktop and mobile.
Special attention was paid to storytelling — with curated product pages, FAQ sections, and a mission-driven About section — all available in two languages.
Marketing automation
To complement the store experience, we also implemented marketing automations in Klaviyo — including welcome and discount emails, user reactivation flows, abandoned cart reminders, and smart pop-ups for lead capture. These automations were designed to maintain engagement and drive conversions while minimizing manual marketing tasks.
