Contenstay is a new brand dedicated to renting its own properties in Miami, Florida. At the start of the project, it had no digital presence or defined visual identity. The challenge was to build a professional brand from scratch, capable of competing in a high-end environment like 72 Park, and generating trust both with guests and potential partners.
We began with brand discovery workshops to understand their business model, target audience, and competitive landscape. From there, we crafted a visual identity system that conveyed elegance, modernity, and trust. The brand manual covered logo design, color palette, typography, voice and tone guidelines, and usage principles.
Next, we moved into web design and development. The goal was to create a clean, scalable website that could evolve as the business grew. We designed modular sections to showcase properties, added contact and inquiry features, and laid the groundwork for future booking capabilities. All materials — from digital brochures to social media visuals — were aligned to maintain consistency across every touchpoint.
A cohesive, professional brand that reflects Contestay’s premium positioning.
A responsive website ready for future growth and integration.
Marketing materials and brand assets that empower the team to launch confidently and attract partnerships.
“We feel like we now compete at the level we were aiming for — with a brand and site that match the quality of our properties.”
